How to create a myBigY account for Gift Card ordering

Create a digital account with Big Y in order to place an online gift card order. Please use these instructions for creating your myBigY Digital Account:

1. Please visit https://www.bigy.com and click the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' located in the middle of the page.
2. Select "Personal" and "No" and then 'CONTINUE'
3. Please fill out all the information requested on the 'CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT' page
4. Once you've completed the steps above, click the CREATE ACCOUNT button to finalize your Account. If all of these steps were performed successfully, your Digital Account will have been created!

Once your digital account has been created, please visit: https://www.bigy.com/rs/commerce/order-gift-cards/list-products/gift-cards (or you can click refer to: Shop > Shop Online > GiftCards)

Order Gift cards for Gift Giving: Step by Step

1. Under Home/Order Gift Card, select the photo of Our Gift Card.
2. On the next screen, select the denomination that you would like to be added onto the gift card and click ADD. When you've added what you'd like into your cart and you're ready to review the order- click the cart on the top right of the screen (There should be a number in a red circle, indicating the gift card(s) in your cart.
3. If your cart looks correct, click 'CHECKOUT' on the bottom right of the page.
4. On the Online Order Checkout Page- you will be asked for the Gift Card Shipping Address (this is where you'll put the recipient's address), as well as your payment information. If you would like your order to be sent to a Big Y location for pickup, please explain that in the "Notes For Your Order" with the store location for delivery.
5. Once everything on this page is filled out, click 'PLACE ORDER' on the bottom right. Please only click this once. You will receive a "Thanks for your Order" pop up on your screen with your order number. You will also receive a receipt via email.

The gift card will be activated and shipped within 4 business days, so the recipient should receive the card promptly.

Gift Giving (Online Orders):

Q-How do I place a gift card order?

A-Click here or Select Shop/Shop Online/Gift Cards from the home page.

Q-Can I order an e-Gift Card?

A-No. At this time, we only offer a physical gift card that can be mailed to the delivery address that you provide when you place your order.

Q-Is there a maximum amount that I can have mailed to me?

A-Yes; we do not ship orders over $1,000. If you would like to purchase more; please go to our Bulk order form for Fundraising and Corporate orders, to place your order. Select any one of our BIg Y locations and payment will be collected at time of pick up.

Q-What is the total for my order?

A-It is listed on your Receipt and in your Email order confirmation. You can view Online Gift Card order receipts under myBigY Membership/View myReceipts.

Q-Did my order go through the website correctly?

A-You will receive a confirmation email from "Big Y" <noreply@relationshop.com>. If an hour has passed, and you have not received a confirmation email, feel free to call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-828-2688.

Q-Will I get a phone call/ email when my order is processed?

A-You should receive two emails from Big Y:
The first immediately after the order is placed that says, "Thank you for placing your Gift Card Order with Big Y"
The second that says, "Your Gift Card Order has Shipped!" (You should receive this within 4 business days.)

Q-I did not receive a confirmation email for my order?

A-You should have received an email from "BigY" <noreply@relationshop.com> with a subject line of “Thank you for placing your Gift Card Order with Big Y” immediately after you placed your order. If you have not received it, first check if it went to SPAM. If you did not receive this email, then you may not have finalized your order.

Q-Was my order shipped?

A-You will receive an email that your order was shipped and will arrive within 3-5 business days pending USPS delivery times. It should be from "BigY" <noreply@relationshop.com> with a subject line of “Your Gift Card Order has Shipped!”

Q-How many days until I receive my order?

A-Please allow up to 4 business days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Gift Cards are sent via USPS and delivery times can vary from the estimated days provided.

Q-I'm sending a gift. How will I know my recipient has received my giftcard?

A-You will receive a follow up email that the order has been processed and placed in the mail for shipping.

Q-What is the total for my order?

A-The details of your order will be listed on your confirmation email.

Q-When can I expect to pick up my order?

A-Your order should be at at your selected Big Y location 4 business days after you placed your order. We advise to call the store first to ensure your order has arrived.

Q-Will I get a phone call/ email when my order is processed or ready for pickup?

A-No. You will only receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. Please allow 4 business days from the date the order was placed to pick up your order at your selected Big Y location. We advise to call the store first to ensure your order has arrived.

Q-How do I pickup the order at the store?

A-Go to the Customer Service desk for all pick ups.
